1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS (CONTRACTUAL TERMS)

1. General These terms and conditions apply to all roofing services provided by V&D ROOFING LTD (Company No. 17105129). By accepting our quotation, you enter into a legally binding contract with us.

2. Quotations and Work Scope

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days.

  • Our estimates are based on a non-invasive visual inspection. If, upon stripping the roof, we discover structural defects (e.g., rotten rafters or joists) not previously visible, we will issue a “Variation Order” with the additional costs. Work will stop until this is signed.

3. Deposits and Payment

  • A deposit of [insert percentage, usually 20-30%] is required to secure the start date and materials.

  • Final payment is due strictly within 24 hours of project completion.

  • We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Guarantees and Liability
