COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE (FORMAL)

At V&D ROOFING LTD, we strive for 100% satisfaction. If something is wrong, we follow this legal protocol:

Step 1: Formal Notification Complaints must be sent in writing to contact@vdroofing.co.uk or by post to our registered office: 110 Oakly Road, Redditch, B97 4EE

Step 2: Acknowledgement We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and investigate the issue.

Step 3: Inspection and Resolution If the issue relates to workmanship, we will arrange a site visit within 5 working days. Valid defects will be repaired at our expense as a priority.

Step 4: Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) If we cannot reach an agreement, we recommend using an ADR provider to avoid costly court proceedings, in line with UK consumer law.
